In Jiu-Jitsu there are some techniques that are so versatile, that we can find them in many different standing and ground positions. Think of the Kimura shoulder lock as a great example. Once we understand the fundamentals of the technique, we start to see opportunities everywhere. The short arm drag is much the same and this week on GB Technique we are going to have a look at some ways to incorporate the short arm drag into our rolling.
