When Gracie Barra first arrived in the USA around 2005, it was the start of a network of GB schools that would become the largest Jiu-jitsu organization in North America and the world.

In the present day, Gracie Barra HQ continues to be the center of the GB Network with world class instructors and competitors on the mats every day.

Let’s take a look at some techniques as taught by some of the top Gracie Barra instructors and have a peek inside Gracie Barra HQ.
