The ingredient of accepting the truth means that you put your ego aside and accept that there is always room for improvement. In everything we do, we can always find a way to do better, make better choices, and continue to strive for the very best. Along with this ingredient for personal growth we have the ingredient of the desire for greatness. It is not enough to accept that we have room for improvement – we must want that something more. Crucial to this desire for greatness is the understanding that in order to achieve that something extra, we have to be willing to put forth the extra effort.
