GB Techniques: Single Leg Takedowns

This week Gracie Barra Techniques brings you some videos on the Single Leg Takedown. The single leg is used in every area of jiu-jitsu: IBJJF rules, self defense, no-gi and MMA. There are several variations to the basic technique so let’s have a look at how these GB black belts teach the single leg!
