GB Technique: The biggest difference in your Jiu-jitsu – Positional Escapes

While many Jiu-Jitsu students may think that getting better at submission attacks is the key to getting better at Jiu-Jitsu, the truth is that improving your positional escapes will make the biggest difference in your game.
With an improvement in your ability to escape, you will be spending less time in bad positions during matches and as a result, far less likely to get submitted.
