GB Technique: How To Drill

One of the often-overlooked aspects of Jiu-Jitsu training is technique drilling. Yes, we do some drilling during the technique portion of every class at Gracie Barra but today we are talking about deliberate practice. Where we isolate a specific position or move and repeat it many times in order to burn the movement into our muscle memory.
