GB Technique: Fundamentals with Prof. Bruno Fernandes of GB Montreal

This week on GB Blog we are talking about Fundamentals of Jiu-jitsu  as taught by one of the top Gracie Barra black belt instructors – Prof. Bruno Fernandes of GB Montreal
“A while back I did this short 10-class online course covering the most important things you know on a few selected positions.
The idea was to give the beginners the very first concepts that he should pay attention to; and develop a good framework to which he could add more techniques later.
Also, by keeping it simple, the student can adapt faster to the situation as they change. Like a computer, too many things going on at the same time will slow you down.
Now that we are all safe at home with some time to spare, I’m sure it’ll come handy to have this series for you to study. Like a good series, feel free to binge watch; but come back to it after whenever needed. There is a lot of information condensed into those short videos.
Enjoy!”
