21 Days to Better Jiu-Jitsu Habits- Day 2
The Day to be Grateful!
If you’ve noticed, your Jiu-Jitsu is always better when you are in the right mood. Why is it so? A good mood creates better posture, and better posture creates a good mood.

For day Two, let’s focus on being grateful to counter the mood. Gratefulness is a very powerful, positive feeling. It will widen your perspective.
Now for today’s activity, I want you to think of 3 things that you are grateful about. Say one thing that you were grateful about yesterday, And say two things that are grateful about today. List them down in the notes of your smart phone, or post it in Facebook. Anywhere to anything that can remind you of what you can be grateful about. Take time to thank your professors for the support that they are doing. Take time to be the person to change someone else’s mood. Today, take the time to be grateful for what you have and what you are about to receive.
If you’ve noticed, your Jiu-Jitsu is always better when you are in the right mood. Why is it so? good mood creates better posture, and better posture creates a good mood.
Get in the mood, see you in the mats.
