This week Gracie Barra Techniques brings you some videos on guard attacks. The key to have a solid guard is to have attacks that prevent your opponent from feeling comfortable in your guard and setting up their passes.
Jiu-jitsu is unique among the world’s grappling arts for the complexity of the guard position.
