GB Association Releases the Agenda for the April 20th Event

Gracie Barra school owners, instructors and staff will be meeting at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Houston, Texas for a 4 hours work session about Jiu-Jitsu instruction and school management. The event is the first of 6 that GB association will be hosting in North America this year.

Our goal is to meet our local leaders share information, discuss our vision and learn a lot from them. I believe this face to face meetings are crucial for the implementation of the Jiu-Jitsu for everyone project. Gracie Barra wants all of its instructors to receive support and to be inspired so their students can feel the same way. Texas is one of the most promissing regions for our sport and we are super excited to go there. – says Professor Marcio Feitosa, Vice-President of GB Association and one of the leaders of GBs initiative.

According to him, the activities in Texas are not restricted to the conference.

We will be teaching seminars in Austin and Houston and visit a lot of the GB schools in the area to train with the students.

Professor Vinicius Draculino Magalhaes is Gracie Barra’s regional director for the state of Texas and is co-hosting the conference. He will be adding up to efforts put forth by Master Carlos Gracie Jr., Professor Marcio Feitosa and Professor Flavio Almeida to bring great content and dicusssion for the participants.
