Professor Connor is a black belt in the sport of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has been training since 2012. He was 17 years old when he began his training. He's a world class competitor medaling getting gold in various competitions around the globe including a sliver medal in the Abu Dhabi World championships, multiple medals at the IBJJF Pan American Championships along with countless other tournaments. As co-head instructor of the GBSR adults program, Prof Connor's love and dedication to the sport of jiu jitsu can be felt through his teaching people of all levels and especially in his passion for competition. Professor Connor did a majority of is training at Gracie Barra Long Beach and Gracie Barra Head Quarters. He received his black belt in October of 2019 from his Professor at GBLB, Professor Rodrigo Augusto. "I look forward to being on the GBSR mats everyday teaching, interacting, and having fun with all my students."

Professor Natalie began training  Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at the age of 15 in 2012 At Gracie Barra Garden Grove. Prof Natalie has been the champion and medaled in many Jiu Jitsu competitions with her main competitive achievement being her silver medal at the IBJJF Pan American Championship. She is the head instructor of GBSR kids program along with co-head instructor of GBSR adult program. Prof Natalie passion for BJJ and teaching can be seen on a daily basis as she helps shape the future of Jiu Jitsu in the GBSR kids program. Prof Natalie received her Black belt in September of 2021 from her Professor, Alex D'Hue of Gracie Barra Garden Grove. "It's a privilege to help mold and create the next generation of Jiu Jitsu practitioners and I firmly believe each child has the potential to do great things on and off the mats!"
