What to Bring to Your First Class
Water Bottle
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during training.Comfortable Clothing
Wear activewear like shorts, leggings, and a t-shirt that allows you to move freely. A Gracie Barra Gi and rashguard will be provided for your introductory class.Slip-on Shoes
