Anti-Bullying Program

No more bullying program is back! Gracie Barra West is offering a FREE self defense program, so that every child in our community knows how to defend themselves against bullies.

This program will teach kids 6 years and older to properly prevent, respond and deal with bullying. Gracie Barra West has developed a coordinated effort to empower your children to both deal with situations where they are being bullied, and to learn how to change any of their own bullying behaviors.

This is a great opportunity for your kids to experience Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and address their most common concerns with our experienced instructors.
