Gracie Barra West Colorado Springs and 5th degree black belt Professor Itacio Lisboa are offering an introductory BJJ class. April 22nd at 6pm

It is open to the community for all ages and levels.
For entry please bring CAN GOODS AND NONPERISHABLE FOODS. Snacks available for purchase, all proceeds will go to the nonprofit organization One Nation Walking Together.
