This page sets out the media consent terms for Girls Competition Camp (7–10 April 2026).
Media consent is optional. Only participants whose parent/guardian (or the participant if 18+) ticks the media checkbox will be included in promotional media use.

1) What you’re consenting to

If you opt in, you consent to Gracie Barra Bondi capturing and using the participant’s:

• photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings; and

• name and likeness,
  created during the Camp (“Media”).

2) Where the Media may be used

Media may be used for promoting Gracie Barra Bondi and related programs/events, including:

• Instagram, Facebook and other social media

• website content

• email marketing

• printed posters/flyers and other promotional materials

• internal coach review/training and educational purposes

3) Names and tagging

If you opt in, you consent to Gracie Barra Bondi using the participant’s full name and/or tagging the participant’s social media account(s) where available.

If you prefer first-name only or no tagging, you can request this at any time by emailing [email protected], and the Promoter will use reasonable efforts to apply your preference going forward.

4) No payment

You understand the participant (and parent/guardian) will not be paid for Media use.

5) How long consent lasts

Consent continues unless withdrawn under section 6.

6) Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. After withdrawal, Gracie Barra Bondi will stop using the participant’s Media in new materials as soon as reasonably practicable.

Withdrawal does not require Gracie Barra Bondi to remove content already published where removal is not reasonably practicable or where it has already been shared by third parties (for example reposts). However, the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to remove content it controls upon request.

7) Who can give consent

This media release can only be accepted by:

• the participant (if 18 years or older); or

• the parent/legal guardian of the participant (if under 18).

8) Governing law

This media release is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
