What To Bring

* Water for consumption
* No jewelry
* Dress ready to put under a Gi
* Slip-on footwear (such as slippers, slides) (no socks)
* Class starts promptly on time
* Show up 10-15 minutes before the class so that we may get waivers signed for each participant and that he/she may be fitted with a Gi to use for class.
