My 7-year old son started lessons at GB Ashburn and has loved every minutes of it. Of all sports and activities he’s done, this has been his favorite thus far. When joining, you instantly feel like family and the skills you learn go beyond just self defense. The class helps build confidence while also teaching discipline in a positive way. The self defense skills you learn are awesome and practical for real-world self defense. Lastly, it’s just fun! My son enjoys every minute of being in class!
