We will be hosting a Vinyasa yoga class July 13th at 7:30 pm
Vinyasa is a style of yoga defined by a flow of putting postures together from one pose to the next, focusing on the breath in order to ease into more challenging poses. This flow builds strength, flexibility, concentration, and breathing techniques, making it great for all, beginner or advanced. Yin yoga is a style where you hold gentle and passive poses for a longer duration of time. The aim is to increase circulation and flexibility. Vinyasa Yin, Vin Yin yoga, or also called Yin Yang yoga, is combining both practices. By having Vinyasa first, you are warming the body up and also strengthening the body for the Yin portion of class.
