The GB3 Program represents the pinnacle of Gracie Barra’s training system, tailored for students who have advanced through GB2 and are ready to elevate their Jiu-Jitsu toward Black Belt level.

Open to blue belts and above, GB3 challenges students with advanced technical concepts, strategic application, and competition-level intensity. Classes focus on refining each student’s personal Jiu-Jitsu style, enhancing timing, pressure, and transitions, and developing a leadership mindset—both on and off the mats.

What to Bring to Your First Class

Water Bottle

Staying hydrated is essential. Bring a water bottle to keep refreshed throughout your training.

Official GB Uniform

Wearing the official Gracie Barra Gi or No-Gi uniform reflects our team identity and maintains the high standards of our school.

Slip-on Shoes

Wear flip-flops or sandals to make it easy to step on and off the mat while keeping the training area clean.

Mouthguard (recommended)

While not mandatory, a mouthguard is strongly recommended for advanced classes involving live drills or sparring to protect your teeth and enhance safety.
