I’ve been practicing BJJ consistently since 2012 and being coaching at GB Caringbah since 2019.
As a BJJ professor, one of the greatest rewards is watching people transform through jiu-jitsu. Kids gain confidence and discipline, adults find purpose, reduce stress, and improve their health.
Jiu-jitsu isn’t just about self-defense it builds stronger minds, bodies, and communities. Watching students grow on and off the mats is why I love what I do.
BJJ changed my life for better when I need it the most! It is part of who I am!
I’m glad I have jiu jitsu in my life and that I’m able to pass it along to other people

I’ve been training BJJ for a bit over 3 years and have been coaching for the past 2.
Being a coach is one of the most rewarding things I have ever experienced. Being a role model for these kids, witnessing the growth of each individual and the ways that we impact them, is my favourite thing about my position here.
Jiu jitsu has become my lifeline, no matter how anything is going, GB Caringbah is my place where everything becomes okay. Here I have my family, my outlet, and the funniest form of exercise one could experience.
