Head Instructor/Academy Manager

Tntoxin, LLC is seeking a Head Instructor/Academy Manager to teach adult and child Gracie Barra curriculum classes, and engage in gym/ staff management planning and marketing duties, including but not limited to creating class schedules, creating weekly YouTube technique videos, social media content/posting, plan competitions for the gym, develop marketing strategy, and maintain a professional work space. Position requires periodic travel for seminars and competitions to coach and compete in competitions. Position requires extensive experience in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Must adopt all Gracie Barra methods, procedures and philosophy as well as pass a national background check and drug screen.
