The NoGI Program is designed for students who have a passion for NoGi Jiu-Jitsu. At our academy you are more than welcome to solely train NoGi or supplement your training in the Gi classes too. You build a strong foundation and eventually deepen your skills and increase your fitness.
With a focus on NoGi techniques, strategic drilling, positional awareness, and live sparring, our class offers a balance of intense and challenging experiences - while still maintaining the structure and support Gracie Barra is known for.
You will learn to adapt Jiu-Jitsu techniques without the traditional uniform. No-Gi sessions help improve speed, agility, and grip control, preparing students for a broader range of competition and real-life scenarios.
