At Gracie Barra Charlestown we strive to create a positive learning environment where all kinds of people can learn the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. At our school, you can see world champions training with lawyers, doctors, business men & women, etc. on a mutual supportive environment dedicated to development of the individual and strengthening of the team spirit.

We offer a children’s Anti-Bullying Program and through this, we believe we can change the lives of our children, teaching them that it is okay to stick up for yourself in difficult situations at school or home, wherever it may be.

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live, the Awabakal people. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
