Arriving with just a backpack and planning to stay for four months, the future was uncertain. Through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, that journey grew into something much greater.

Today, Professor Marcelo leads Gracie Barra Oceania, helping support the continued growth of BJJ and Martial Arts across the region.

Over the past 25 years, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has grown throughout Australia, helping thousands of people experience the benefits of Self Defence, Fitness, Discipline, and personal development.

More than just training, Gracie Barra Oceania represents a strong and united community.
