Our mission is to partner with you, in your health & Jiu-Jitsu journey. We know you want to keep up with your kids and watch them grow. Too often, we sacrifice our health in the name of professional success. We have all seen the negative consequences of those sacrifices.

Our Founders Michael & Eric started out in that same position; professionally successful, but physically deficient. Overweight, stressed out – their fates were to have a heart attack at their desks.

But for both of them, the story begins with their daughters. Michael wanted to help his daughter gain some confidence, Eric wanted his daughter to learn to defend herself. When they saw the dramatic positive impact BJJ was having on their children, each of them decided to try it out.

Now, both Eric & Michael can confidently say that Jiu-Jitsu saved their lives and built better relationships with their daughters.

We’ve personally seen the dramatic positive impact BJJ can have on us as adults and the tremendous growth for our children. Our goal is to share that same experience with the families of Maricopa.
