BJJ demonstration at Plaza del Sol!!!

This last Saturday we had the opportunity to do a BJJ demonstration at our future home Plaza del Sol!

We had amazing performances from the talented members of both our kid and adult competition team. We were able to share our knowledge of BJJ as well as give school supplies to local kids.
