“ Have you been training for awhile, and thinking about competing? The upcoming gbcompnet Midwest Championship is a great opportunity to dip your toes into this next phase of your jiu-jitsu journey.
We understand that it may be confusing with all the information there is, plus the stress to prepare for competitions – good news is that we are here to help!

Gracie Barra Downers Grove team of instructors is offering consulting sessions to walk you through the process. We will help you complete registration, and also help you develop a game plan to prepare for the tournament. Open to all age groups and belts starting at White belts 3 stripes and up ( case by case basis )
