“ 1st GB Chicagoland training day is a huge success “

The first Gracie Barra Chicagoland Training Day was a huge success! With students coming from various schools: from the gb chicagoland such as (gbnewlenox ), (GBLibertyville) & (@graciebarradownersgrove ) as well as our brothers from down south (gbspringfieldcompteam) & (gbbloomington) .

Professors and instructors from each school took turns to show their favorite competition “magic”.

We streamed the techniques together, blended in with the grip fights and takedowns, and wrapped up with rounds of flow rolling. As we enter the tournament season, it’s important to train smart – and we taught the students how to do so with the right mindset.

Thank you everyone for showing up to support the event, the good energy and camaraderie marked this gb training day !
