I have known Prof. Paulo Castro since 2004 when he was head instructor at Gracie Barra Doral. Paulo is very, very good and experienced in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He is also a very considerate and accessible instructor. There are people that are great at BJJ, but they can’t teach. Paulo is both a great athlete and instructor. The attitude at the school is very welcoming, relaxed, and respectful. I feel so comfortable that I also enrolled my 10 year old son. Highly recommend it to anyone, man/woman, at any level and age.
