GB Curriculum – Week 6

Gracie Barra is a Global Jiu-Jitsu Team. Our community of instructors, students and athletes is built by over 800 schools in the five continents.

This week 2/3 – 2/9 our classes are based on week 6 of the curriculum.  We will be covering headlocks, hip/hand throws, & back/turtle.
