Did a drop in session and was very happily surprised.

Everyone was amazing and friendly. I have been training for over 9 years and at multiple gyms and this one is an A+ place.

Rodrigo was a great instructor with a well planned out lesson plan and a good class routine.

There is a shower and changing room which was clean with cubby storage. Mats were new and clean which is always a plus.

Bottom line this is a great place to train and when I am back in town again I will definitely stop in and train again.
