Born in Maracaibo, Venezuela. Valeria has trained karate since the age of nine and she earned her black belt at the age of eighteen, following in the footsteps of both her father and grandfather. After practicing and exploring other martial arts such as Taekwondo and Wrestling, she is now focusing solely on Jiu-Jitsu. Her Jiu-Jitsu journey began in August 2020 after she moved to Orlando, Florida, she is currently a two-stripe White Belt and is now part of the team as a front desk admin at Gracie Barra Orlando.

She is studying Architecture, and her favorite things to do aside from training Jiu-Jitsu are painting, traveling, exercising, and spending quality time with friends and family.
