Our free Teen Confidence & Self-Defence Workshop is designed to help boys and girls aged 11–16 become more aware, more confident and better equipped to handle difficult situations safely.
This is not about teaching teenagers to fight. It is about helping them stay calm, set boundaries, recognise danger and respond with confidence.
