How long does the workshop run?The workshop runs for 90 minutes, from 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM.

Will there be sparring or fighting?No. There will be no competitive sparring or fighting. Teens will practise practical self-defence through safe, controlled and supervised partner drills.

What should my teen wear?Comfortable activewear such as a T-shirt and shorts, leggings or track pants is ideal. Please remove jewellery before the session and bring a water bottle. No martial arts uniforms is required.

Is the workshop safe?Yes. Safety is our highest priority. Every activity is led by experienced Gracie Barra instructors in a structured environment, and all techniques are taught progressively.
