Professor Rodrigo Costa

Professor Rodrigo Costa has been practicing jiu-jitsu for 25 years. 15 of those years spent as an instructor. He began his training in 1997 in Sâo Paulo, Brazil under Cia Paulisa de Jiu-Jitsu. At the age of 20 Rodrigo moved to the United States where he continued his training under Master Márcio Simas and Professor Gustavo Muggiaty (aka Gutty). He achieved his black belt in 2009, making a 3rd generation after Gracie family lineage. He has been teaching at Gracie Barra since 2008, and is now the head at Gracie Barra Seminole location.
