Professor Philipe Della Monica is the Head Instructor of Gracie Barra Headquarters. He was born in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Awarded the rank of Gracie Barra black belt in 2005. World class competitor and multiple times Jiu-jitsu champion. Professor Philipe stands out for being a great teacher of jiu-jitsu and self-defense, with many years of experience teaching children, adults, high-level athletes, Law enforcement officers and UFC champions as Rafael dos Anjos, TJ Dillashaw, Mauricio Shogun Rua and many others. Professor Philipe is an outstanding role model and mentor to all of his students. Charisma and teaching skills are just as natural talents to him as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
