Elizabeth started training at Gracie Barra in 2016 at the prompting of her husband, Coach Ric, in order to pursue a healthy lifestyle and learn self-defense. But as it often does, jiu-jitsu became so much more and she fell in love with the sport, atmosphere, and brotherhood that is GB. She has become passionate about the ability to inspire others in the jiu-jitsu lifestyle on and off the mats and loves being a certified instructor. She looks forward to a lifetime of coaching and training with Gracie Barra. When she is not on the mats she enjoys reading, gaming, and the outdoors.
