Professor Sean Letona

Professor Sean started his Jiu-Jitsu journey back in 2001 while attending the police academy in Florida. He earned his blue belt from Eduardo De Lima at Gracie Barra Clearwater started competing in various tournaments. Then moved on getting training with David Viera and won several NAGA tournaments as a purple belt. Sean then started training with Marcio “Pe De Pano'” Cruz before work brought him to Northern Virginia where he earned his brown belt at Gracie Barra Ashburn from Charles Gomes. Sean continues to compete in the IBJJF tournament circuit, most recently winning gold at the Atlanta open. Professor Sean was promoted to Black Belt in October of 2024.
