This week Gracie Barra Techniques brings you some videos on how to drill with a training partner. If you want to develop and sharpen a new position in your game, there is no better way to start than partner drilling. Go to a corner of the mat with your partner and pick a few moves to drill.
Repeat the moves of in sets of 10-20 repetitions. Your techniques will get much smoother and faster. When that split second opportunity presents itself in a match, you are ready!
